The festivities begin on Wednesday, November 25 with an evening of mixed martial arts in the Superstar Theater. This action-packed evening will be presented by the New Breed Fighters fight league. The fight card will feature 18 bouts, each scheduled for three, three-minute rounds. Fighters will square off inside a 24-foot caged hexagon that will be constructed inside the Superstar Theater. Later that evening, (in the words of Madonna), “It’s time to Celebrate,” at Boogie Nights, as Atlantic City’s Ultimate 70s and 80s dance club celebrates its Two-Year Anniversary. Guests will party and dance with all their favorite Boogie Nights characters, including Roller Girl, Mr. Boogie, Basketball Joes, Kung Fu Joe, Lady D’Heiny, “Michael Jackson,” and more. On Thanksgiving Day, guests can enjoy specially prepared Thanksgiving Day menus at Resorts’ Zagat award-winning Italian restaurant, Capriccio, as well as its New York-style Gallagher’s Steakhouse.

The first is a traditional Thanksgiving Menu, offering a first course of butternut squash and apple soup; a second course of Roast turkey with fresh herb stuffing, mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, parsnips with thyme, candied yams accompanied with cranberry pear relish; and a final course of pumpkin cheesecake with cinnamon whipped cream fresh vanilla anglaise.
The second menu offers a Thanksgiving feast with an Italian flare. Diners will begin with a Roasted fennel soup, garnished with cranberry hazelnut truffle honey; followed by maple, sage and orange glazed turkey with wild mushroom, pancetta cornbread stuffing and marsala cranberry sauce accompanied with sweet carrot flan with fall squashes and corn shoots; and topping off their meal with a slice of pumpkin cheesecake with cinnamon whipped cream and fresh vanilla anglaise.
At Gallagher’s, guests will enjoy mushroom and leek soup with thyme cream; An apple walnut salad with cranberry vinaigrette; roasted turkey, cranberry walnut stuffing, house-made cranberry sauce, mashed potato, gravy and green beans almandine; and for dessert, warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream.
